LOVE Recipe film review and synopsis

 

Love Recipe is scheduled for release on 25 May 2012. The name of the film–Love Recipe–is self indicator that this film is a Pandora-box for fun and comedy. DJ Rahul the main lead role is played by Suhail Karim, who is in love with Tia. Tia is a vivacious daughter of a retired Inspector General of Police Pratap Singh (Manoj Joshi). Pratap Singh has suddenly generated love for his motherland and changes his entire style according to a real Hindustani. His clothes, his language, all changes to Hindustani, as he switches over to wear Kurta Pyjamas, stops use of English language, etc. This is the reason that D J Rahul is now a miss fit in his profile. Film has all the material to make you laugh as Rahul is constantly trying to convince his to be father-in-law that he is also a real Hindustani. This is a main story which is moving around the theme, which has other story about as Music Ali a terrorist is linking up with international terrorist Carlos to disrupt a peace conference which is scheduled to be held in Mumbai. Though this is a serious matter but has all the comic masala which makes the entire film a comedy one.

Severed head of Carlos ends up in Rahul’s custody, and this makes Rahul to run from pillar to post to get rid of this head. Duo (Rahul and Tia) tries their level best to get rid of this head about which they are not aware that this head carries a huge reward.

Luck turns in favour of Rahul to prove that he is a real Hindustani and a real patriot to his to be father-in-law when the news about the missing head of international terrorist Carlos Randall reaches to him. The comic situation makes Rahul a hero when he becomes the main person responsible for the arrest of the dreaded terrorist Music Ali and this makes Pratap Singh to accept Rahul as his son-in-law.
